Still ongoing. Then my manager who I trained from day one and was in charge (and has stake in the company bc I take care of my people and believe on giving others opportunities too) had a catastrophic bike accident and had to be flown back to their home country for rehabilitation and who knows what all. Given that I did not have the tuition for the next three years (this one was paid already) and that my business is shuttered until I get a replacement which I have to get to Thailand to do - did I mention COVID and travel restrictions? WHY THE FU#K IS THIS GUY RANTING IN THE LEARN PROGRAMMING PAGE!? A moment more friend, I beg of you - so basically my life was like KABLOOEY. Can't continue medical school when I have no means to produce the income I need to finish paying for it so instead I say fate has ordained I am not to become a Doctor right now. What else? What else can I learn where I dont have to maybe go away to school for years and which will still allow me to live and work where I want and change the world?
tl;dr - Born without a thyroid, not from Hashimoto's, getting hypothyroid symptoms after almost 2 weeks on keto, should I be concerned and try a lighter version of it or at least put it on pause until I get some tests/talk with my endocrinologist? I've been doing some reading on keto and I dove into it at the start of the semester. I'm a 24 year old 5'9" male that is reasonably active (weightlifting 4-5 days a week, occasional high intensity cardio and on average walk 8k-12k steps a day on campus 5 days a week + some weekend walking for food/lifting) and 180 pounds with something close to 20-23% bodyfat, a lot of which came from a bout of severe depression and anxiety in the past two years where I did nothing with my life. Now that I'm back on the wagon, I've been looking at keto to help get rid of this depression weight and finally put all that behind me. 10 days in I was fine and then and until about 2-3 days ago it started to go a bit downhill. I started with a 24 hour fast and some hard workouts to try to use up my stored glycogen and since then I've been sticking to ~30g of carbs per day, about a 20/4 intermittent fasting regimen (exercise at 6am, breakfast at 7am, lunch around noon) and getting most of my calories from eggs, pork, beef, a bit of chicken, spinach, salad dressing and cheese at the dining halls and salad bars (thanks meal plan.. ).

It pays to repair fire damage. Roadside car fires are a staple of morning traffic reports, and they're inevitably accompanied by rubbernecking delays. But if this happens to your car, comprehensive insurance would pay to replace it. Comprehensive coverage also pays to repair damage caused by vandalism or falling objects, such as tree branches. No matter what prompts a comprehensive claim, your insurer will reduce the amount it pays on your claim by your deductible, which typically ranges from $250 to $2, 000. If you don't recall what that amount is, check your auto policy's declarations page. Remember that if your car is totaled, you'll receive what it was valued at right before the incident, minus the deductible. That means that the value of comprehensive coverage decreases as your car ages. If your car is older and isn't worth very much, it may no longer make sense to pay for coverage. Find out more about when to drop collision and comprehensive coverage. Amy Danise is an editor at NerdWallet, a personal finance website.
The main difference is breadth. Risk management is the macro-level process of assessing, analyzing, prioritizing, and making a strategy to mitigate threats to an organization's assets and earnings. Risk assessment is a meso-level process within risk management. It aims to breaks down threats into identifiable categories and define all the potential impact of each risk. Risk analysis is the micro-level process of measuring risks and their associated impact. Let's take a closer look at what differentiates these terms. Risk Management
"The purpose of risk management is not to change the future, not to explain the past. " – Dr. Dan Borge, a financial expert and former aeronautical engineer who designed the RAROC risk-management system and wrote The Book of Risk. Instead, r isk management is the overarching umbrella when it comes risk. It includes both risk assessment and risk analysis. Management involves the identification, analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of current and potential risks.
